Stick Pass-Through
- 1 - Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a stick or dowel rod with a wide overhand grip in front of your hips.
- 2 - Keep your arms fully extended and your core engaged throughout the movement.
- 3 - Slowly raise the stick overhead in a wide arc, keeping your arms straight and maintaining tension throughout the movement.
- 4 - Continue moving the stick behind your body, passing it as far back as your shoulder mobility allows until it reaches behind your hips.
- 5 - Reverse the motion by bringing the stick back overhead and returning to the starting position in front of your hips.
- 6 - Perform the movement slowly and controlled, gradually narrowing your grip over time as your shoulder mobility improves.
