Ring Muscle-Up Transition
1 - Set a pair of rings at about chest height and stand or kneel between them so you can practice the transition with assistance from your feet.
2 - Grip the rings firmly and start in a low pull position with your chest close to the rings, elbows pulled back, and wrists turned slightly inward.
3 - Keep your core braced and pull the rings toward your lower chest or ribs while maintaining control and tension through your shoulders and upper back.
4 - Quickly rotate your wrists over the rings and bring your chest forward between the rings, moving from a pulling position into the bottom of a dip.
5 - Keep the rings close to your body, elbows tight, and shoulders stable as you pass through the transition.
6 - Finish in a strong supported dip position with the rings near your sides, chest upright, and elbows bent under control.
7 - Reverse the movement slowly back to the starting position or reset, then repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
