TRX Pike
1 - Adjust the TRX straps so the foot cradles hang a few inches above the floor.
2 - Place your feet securely in the straps and move into a high plank position with your hands under your shoulders and your body in a straight line.
3 - Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and keep your legs straight throughout the movement.
4 - Lift your hips upward toward the ceiling by pulling your feet toward your hands, forming an inverted V shape with your body.
5 - Pause briefly at the top while keeping control through your shoulders and core.
6 - Slowly lower your hips and extend your body back to the starting plank position without letting your lower back sag.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
