Band Tricep Pushdown
1 - Anchor a resistance band securely above head height, such as to a pull-up bar or high rack attachment.
2 - Stand facing the anchor point and grasp the band with both hands, elbows bent and tucked close to your sides.
3 - Step back slightly to create tension in the band and brace your core with an upright posture.
4 - Keeping your upper arms still, push your hands downward until your elbows are fully extended.
5 - Squeeze your triceps briefly at the bottom of the movement.
6 - Return your hands upward in a controlled manner until your elbows are bent again.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping your elbows fixed near your torso.
