TRX Low Row
1 - Adjust the TRX straps to a medium length and stand facing the anchor point, holding one handle in each hand with palms facing each other.
2 - Walk your feet forward and lean back until your arms are fully extended and your body forms a straight line from head to heels.
3 - Brace your core, keep your shoulders down and back, and avoid letting your hips sag.
4 - Pull your chest toward the handles by driving your elbows back close to your sides.
5 - Pause briefly at the top with your shoulder blades squeezed together.
6 - Lower yourself back to the starting position under control until your arms are fully extended.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, adjusting your foot position to increase or decrease difficulty.
