Dumbbell Lying Tricep Extension
- 1 - Lie face up on a flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand and your feet planted firmly on the floor.
- 2 - Press the dumbbells above your chest with your arms extended and palms facing each other.
- 3 - Keep your upper arms mostly stationary and slowly bend your elbows to lower the dumbbells toward the sides of your head.
- 4 - Lower the dumbbells in a controlled motion until you feel a stretch in your triceps, without letting your elbows flare excessively.
- 5 - Extend your elbows to press the dumbbells back to the starting position, squeezing your triceps at the top.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping your core braced and shoulders stable.
