Medicine Ball V-Up Toss
1 - Lie on your back with your legs extended and hold a medicine ball with both hands overhead.
2 - Brace your core and keep your lower back controlled against the floor before starting the movement.
3 - Simultaneously lift your torso and legs upward into a V-up position while bringing the medicine ball forward.
4 - At the top of the V-up, lightly toss the medicine ball upward or toward a partner while maintaining balance and core tension.
5 - Catch the medicine ball with both hands, keeping your chest lifted and legs controlled.
6 - Lower your torso, legs, and the medicine ball back to the starting position in a controlled motion.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
