Treadmill Walking
- 1 - Step onto the treadmill and straddle the belt by placing your feet on the side rails before starting the machine.
- 2 - Set your desired speed (typically 2–4 mph for a moderate walking pace) and incline level on the control panel.
- 3 - Step onto the moving belt and begin walking, maintaining an upright posture with your chest up and shoulders relaxed.
- 4 - Swing your arms naturally in a forward-backward motion in sync with your opposite leg to maintain balance and momentum.
- 5 - Keep your gaze forward, avoid looking down at your feet, and land softly with your heel first, rolling through to your toes.
- 6 - Maintain a steady, comfortable breathing rhythm throughout the walk.
- 7 - When finished, gradually reduce the speed to a slow walk before stepping off the treadmill safely.
