Knee Push-Up
1 - Start on your hands and knees with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and your fingers pointing forward.
2 - Walk your hands forward until your body forms a straight line from your head to your knees, keeping your core braced and glutes lightly engaged.
3 - Keep your elbows at about a 30–45 degree angle from your torso as you lower your chest toward the floor in a controlled motion.
4 - Pause briefly when your chest is close to the floor while maintaining a straight line from shoulders to knees.
5 - Press through your palms to straighten your arms and return to the starting position without letting your hips sag.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
