TRX Bicep Curl
1 - Anchor the TRX straps securely above head height and hold one handle in each hand with your palms facing up.
2 - Walk your feet forward and lean back until your arms are fully extended and your body forms a straight line from head to heels.
3 - Keep your elbows lifted at shoulder height and pointing forward, with your core braced and shoulders down.
4 - Curl your hands toward your forehead by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms mostly still.
5 - Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement without shrugging your shoulders or arching your back.
6 - Slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position under control.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, adjusting difficulty by changing your body angle.
