Cable Reverse Curl
1 - Attach a straight bar or EZ-style handle to a low cable pulley and stand facing the machine.
2 - Grip the handle with an overhand grip, hands about shoulder-width apart, and stand tall with your elbows close to your sides.
3 - Brace your core, keep your shoulders down and back, and start with your arms extended without locking your elbows.
4 - Curl the handle upward by bending your elbows while keeping your wrists straight and your upper arms fixed at your sides.
5 - Squeeze at the top briefly, then lower the handle under control until your arms are extended again.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions without swinging your body or letting your elbows drift forward.
