Cable High Curl
1 - Set both cable pulleys to a high position and attach single handles to each side.
2 - Stand centered between the cable stacks and grab one handle in each hand with your palms facing up or slightly inward.
3 - Step forward slightly if needed, raise your upper arms to shoulder height, and keep your elbows pointed out to the sides.
4 - Brace your core and keep your chest tall while maintaining a stable stance.
5 - Curl the handles toward your temples by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms fixed in position.
6 - Squeeze your biceps at the top, then slowly extend your arms back to the starting position under control.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions without letting the weights rest between reps.
