EZ Bar Curl
1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold the EZ bar with an underhand grip on the angled handles.
2 - Keep your elbows close to your sides, chest up, shoulders back, and wrists neutral.
3 - Brace your core and begin with your arms fully extended without locking your elbows aggressively.
4 - Curl the bar upward by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms mostly stationary.
5 - Squeeze your biceps at the top, then lower the bar slowly under control to the starting position.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while avoiding swinging or using momentum.
