Bosu Push-Up
1 - Place the Bosu ball on the floor with the dome side up, or flip it dome-side down for a more unstable variation.
2 - Position your hands on the Bosu about shoulder-width apart and step your feet back into a high plank position.
3 - Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
4 - Bend your elbows and lower your chest toward the Bosu in a controlled motion, keeping your elbows angled slightly back rather than flared wide.
5 - Press through your hands to push your body back up until your arms are fully extended without locking the elbows aggressively.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining balance and a stable plank position.
