Cable Tricep Pushdown
- 1 - Attach a straight bar, V-bar, or rope handle to a high cable pulley and stand facing the machine.
- 2 - Grip the attachment with your palms facing down or neutral, keeping your elbows close to your sides.
- 3 - Stand tall with a slight bend in your knees and brace your core to maintain a stable torso.
- 4 - Start with your elbows bent and forearms angled upward, then push the attachment down by extending your elbows.
- 5 - Continue until your arms are fully extended, keeping your upper arms stationary throughout the movement.
- 6 - Squeeze your triceps briefly at the bottom, then slowly return the attachment to the starting position under control.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions without letting your elbows flare outward.
