Push-Up
1 - Start in a high plank position with your hands placed slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and your arms fully extended.
2 - Keep your body in a straight line from your head to your heels, engaging your core and glutes throughout the movement.
3 - Lower your chest toward the floor by bending your elbows at approximately a 45-degree angle from your body.
4 - Continue lowering until your chest nearly touches or lightly grazes the floor.
5 - Press through your palms to push yourself back up to the starting position until your arms are fully extended.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining a rigid body position throughout.
