Patrick Step-Up
- 1 - Stand on a low step, box, or sturdy platform with one foot fully planted and the other foot hanging off the front edge.
- 2 - Keep your torso upright and your working foot flat as you allow the working knee to travel forward over the toes in a controlled manner.
- 3 - Slowly lower the free heel toward the floor in front of the step without letting it bear weight.
- 4 - Pause briefly when the heel lightly taps or approaches the floor, maintaining control through the working leg.
- 5 - Drive through the full foot of the working leg to straighten the knee and return to the starting position.
- 6 - Keep the movement smooth and avoid bouncing, collapsing the knee inward, or shifting weight onto the non-working leg.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
