Weighted Pull-Up
1 - Secure the added weight using a dip belt, weighted vest, or other safe loading method before stepping to the pull-up bar.
2 - Grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width with palms facing away from you.
3 - Start from a full hang with arms extended, shoulders active, core braced, and legs controlled.
4 - Pull your chest toward the bar by driving your elbows down and back, keeping your torso stable.
5 - Continue until your chin clears the bar or your upper chest approaches the bar without swinging.
6 - Lower yourself under control back to a full arm extension while maintaining tension through your shoulders and core.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
