Plank Shoulder Tap
- 1 - Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your feet set slightly wider than hip-width for stability.
- 2 - Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- 3 - Without letting your hips rotate or sag, lift one hand off the floor and tap the opposite shoulder.
- 4 - Place the hand back on the floor under control, returning to a stable high plank position.
- 5 - Repeat on the opposite side, alternating shoulder taps while maintaining steady breathing and a rigid torso.
- 6 - Continue for the desired number of repetitions or duration, keeping the movement slow and controlled.
