Archer Pull-Up
1 - Hang from a pull-up bar with a wide overhand grip, arms fully extended and shoulders engaged.
2 - Brace your core, keep your legs slightly in front of you or crossed, and avoid swinging.
3 - Pull your body upward toward one hand while keeping the opposite arm as straight as possible, similar to drawing a bow.
4 - Continue pulling until your chin approaches or passes the bar near the working hand.
5 - Lower yourself under control back to the starting position with both arms extended.
6 - Repeat on the opposite side, alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
7 - Maintain controlled movement throughout and avoid twisting or using momentum.
