- 2 - Grip a pull-up bar with an overhand grip slightly wider than shoulder-width, and hang with your arms fully extended.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your chest lifted, and avoid swinging or using momentum.
- 4 - Pull your body upward by driving your elbows down and back until your chin clears the bar.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top while keeping your shoulders controlled and away from your ears.
- 6 - Lower yourself slowly and under control until your arms are fully extended again.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining strict form.
