Fat-Grip Pull-Up
1 - Attach fat grips to a pull-up bar or use a thick pull-up bar, then stand underneath it.
2 - Grip the bar with an overhand grip slightly wider than shoulder-width, wrapping your hands securely around the thick handles.
3 - Hang with your arms fully extended, shoulders engaged, chest lifted, and core braced.
4 - Pull your body upward by driving your elbows down and back while keeping your torso controlled.
5 - Continue pulling until your chin clears the bar or your upper chest approaches the bar.
6 - Lower yourself back to the starting position in a slow, controlled motion until your arms are fully extended.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a strong grip and avoiding swinging.
