
Neutral-Grip Inverted Row
- 1 - Set a pair of rings, TRX straps, or neutral-grip handles at about waist height and stand facing them.
- 2 - Grip the handles with your palms facing each other, then walk your feet forward until your body forms a straight line from head to heels.
- 3 - Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and keep your shoulders pulled down away from your ears.
- 4 - Pull your chest toward the handles by driving your elbows back and keeping them close to your sides.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top while squeezing your upper back and lats.
- 6 - Lower yourself under control until your arms are fully extended without letting your hips sag.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
