Offset Push-Up
- 1 - Start in a high plank position with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and your body forming a straight line from head to heels.
- 2 - Place one hand slightly forward and the other hand slightly back, keeping both palms flat on the floor.
- 3 - Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and keep your shoulders, hips, and ankles aligned throughout the movement.
- 4 - Lower your chest toward the floor by bending your elbows, allowing the offset hand position to create an uneven loading challenge.
- 5 - Pause briefly near the bottom while maintaining control and avoiding rotation through the torso.
- 6 - Press through both hands to return to the starting position until your arms are fully extended.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch hand positions and perform the same number of reps on the opposite side.
