Cable Overhead Tricep Extension Straight Bar
- 1 - Attach a straight bar to a low cable pulley and stand facing away from the machine.
- 2 - Grip the bar with both hands using an overhand grip, then bring it overhead with your elbows bent and pointing forward.
- 3 - Step forward slightly to create cable tension and position your feet shoulder-width apart with your core braced.
- 4 - Keep your upper arms close to your head and stationary as you extend your elbows to press the bar upward and forward.
- 5 - Squeeze your triceps at the top without locking out aggressively.
- 6 - Lower the bar back behind your head in a controlled motion until your elbows are bent, then repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
