Wide-Grip Push-Up
- 1 - Start in a high plank position with your hands placed wider than shoulder-width apart and your fingers pointing forward or slightly outward.
- 2 - Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, with your core braced and glutes engaged.
- 3 - Lower your chest toward the floor by bending your elbows, allowing them to move out at an angle while maintaining control.
- 4 - Descend until your chest is close to the ground or your shoulders reach a comfortable depth without losing body alignment.
- 5 - Press through your palms to push your body back up to the starting position, fully extending your arms without locking the elbows aggressively.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping your hips from sagging or rising.
