Cable Overhead Tricep Extension Rope
- 1 - Attach a rope handle to a low cable pulley and stand facing away from the machine with the rope held in both hands.
- 2 - Step forward into a stable split stance or shoulder-width stance, and bring your hands overhead with your elbows bent and pointing forward.
- 3 - Keep your upper arms close to your head, brace your core, and maintain a neutral spine.
- 4 - Extend your elbows by pressing the rope upward and slightly forward until your arms are nearly straight.
- 5 - At the top, separate the rope ends slightly and squeeze your triceps without locking your elbows aggressively.
- 6 - Slowly bend your elbows to return the rope behind your head under control, keeping your upper arms mostly stationary.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
