Cable Standing Chest Press
- 1 - Set both cable pulleys to chest height and attach single handles to each side.
- 2 - Stand between the pulleys facing away from the machine, holding one handle in each hand with your elbows bent and hands near chest level.
- 3 - Step forward into a staggered or shoulder-width stance, brace your core, and keep your chest lifted.
- 4 - Press the handles forward in a controlled motion until your arms are extended in front of your chest without locking your elbows.
- 5 - Pause briefly, then slowly return the handles toward your chest while keeping tension on the cables.
- 6 - Keep your shoulders down and back, avoid arching your lower back, and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
