Cable Terminal Knee Extension
- 1 - Set a cable pulley to a low height and attach an ankle strap or secure cuff around the back of one knee.
- 2 - Stand facing the cable machine and step back until there is light tension on the cable, with the working knee slightly bent.
- 3 - Keep your foot flat on the floor, torso upright, and weight evenly balanced through the working leg.
- 4 - Drive the knee backward by straightening the leg, focusing on contracting the quadriceps at the top of the movement.
- 5 - Pause briefly with the knee fully extended but not forcefully locked out.
- 6 - Slowly allow the knee to bend back to the starting position under control, then repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
