Machine Assisted Neutral-Grip Pull-Up
- 1 - Set the assistance weight on the machine; more weight provides more help and makes the exercise easier.
- 2 - Step or kneel onto the assistance platform and grasp the neutral-grip handles with your palms facing each other.
- 3 - Start from a controlled dead-hang position with your arms extended, shoulders engaged, chest lifted, and core braced.
- 4 - Pull your body upward by driving your elbows down and back until your chin reaches or passes the handles.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top while keeping your torso stable and avoiding swinging.
- 6 - Lower yourself slowly back to the starting position until your arms are fully extended.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining control throughout the movement.
