Cable Lat Pulldown Close Grip
- 1 - Sit at the lat pulldown machine and attach a close-grip handle to the cable.
- 2 - Adjust the thigh pad so your legs are secured and your feet are flat on the floor.
- 3 - Grip the handle with both hands, palms facing each other, and sit tall with your chest lifted.
- 4 - Slightly lean back while keeping your core braced and shoulders pulled down away from your ears.
- 5 - Pull the handle down toward your upper chest by driving your elbows down and back.
- 6 - Pause briefly at the bottom, squeezing your lats and upper back.
- 7 - Slowly return the handle to the starting position with control, fully extending your arms without shrugging.
