Bench Push-Up
1 - Stand facing a sturdy bench and place your hands on the edge slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
2 - Step your feet back until your body forms a straight line from head to heels, keeping your core braced.
3 - Keep your elbows at about a 30- to 45-degree angle from your torso and maintain a neutral neck position.
4 - Lower your chest toward the bench in a controlled motion by bending your elbows.
5 - Press through your palms to straighten your arms and return to the starting position.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping your hips from sagging or rising.
