Machine Tricep Pushdown
1 - Stand facing the cable or selectorized pushdown machine and attach a straight bar, V-bar, or rope handle to the high pulley.
2 - Set an appropriate weight, grasp the handle with an overhand or neutral grip, and bring your elbows close to your sides.
3 - Stand tall with a slight bend in your knees, brace your core, and keep your chest lifted without leaning heavily into the movement.
4 - Start with your elbows bent and forearms angled upward, keeping your upper arms fixed beside your torso.
5 - Push the handle down by extending your elbows until your arms are nearly straight, squeezing your triceps at the bottom.
6 - Slowly return the handle to the starting position under control without letting your elbows drift forward or outward.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
