Cable Single-Arm Chest Press
- 1 - Set a cable pulley to chest height and attach a single handle.
- 2 - Stand facing away from the machine with the handle in one hand, elbow bent, and the handle positioned near the side of your chest.
- 3 - Step into a staggered stance with your feet firmly planted and brace your core to prevent your torso from rotating.
- 4 - Press the handle forward in a straight line until your arm is extended without locking out the elbow.
- 5 - Pause briefly at full extension while keeping your shoulders level and chest engaged.
- 6 - Slowly return the handle to the starting position with control, allowing the elbow to bend back beside your torso.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
