Cable Tricep Pushdown V-Bar
- 1 - Attach a V-bar handle to a high pulley cable and stand facing the machine.
- 2 - Grip the V-bar with both hands using a neutral grip, keeping your elbows close to your sides.
- 3 - Stand tall with a slight forward lean, brace your core, and keep your upper arms fixed in place.
- 4 - Push the V-bar down by extending your elbows until your arms are nearly straight.
- 5 - Squeeze your triceps briefly at the bottom without locking out forcefully.
- 6 - Slowly return the V-bar to the starting position while keeping control of the cable.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
