Upper Trap Stretch
- 1 - Sit or stand tall with your spine neutral and shoulders relaxed.
- 2 - Place one hand behind your back or lightly hold the side of a chair to keep that shoulder down.
- 3 - Gently tilt your head away from the anchored shoulder, bringing your opposite ear toward your opposite shoulder.
- 4 - For a deeper stretch, use your free hand to apply light pressure to the side of your head without pulling forcefully.
- 5 - Hold the stretch while breathing slowly and keeping the stretched shoulder relaxed and down.
- 6 - Return to the starting position with control, then repeat on the other side.
- 7 - Perform for the desired duration on each side.
