Neck Isometric Extension
1 - Sit or stand tall with your spine neutral, shoulders relaxed, and chin slightly tucked.
2 - Place both hands behind the back of your head or interlace your fingers to provide resistance.
3 - Gently press the back of your head into your hands as if trying to extend your neck, but do not allow any visible movement.
4 - Keep your head, neck, and torso aligned while maintaining steady pressure.
5 - Hold the contraction for the desired duration while breathing normally.
6 - Relax slowly, reset your posture, and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
7 - Stop immediately if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, tingling, or discomfort.
