Scalene Stretch
1 - Sit or stand tall with your spine neutral and shoulders relaxed.
2 - To stretch the right side of your neck, gently place your right hand behind your back or hold the edge of a chair to keep the shoulder down.
3 - Slowly tilt your head to the left, bringing your left ear toward your left shoulder without rotating your torso.
4 - Slightly turn your chin upward or downward to target different portions of the scalene muscles, stopping at a comfortable stretch.
5 - Hold the stretch while breathing slowly and avoiding any bouncing or forceful pulling.
6 - Return to the starting position carefully, then repeat on the opposite side.
