Machine Neck Lateral Flexion
- 1 - Adjust the neck machine so the side pad is aligned with the side of your head, just above the ear.
- 2 - Sit upright with your chest lifted, shoulders relaxed, and torso secured against the seat or support pads.
- 3 - Place the side of your head gently against the pad and keep your spine neutral without twisting your torso.
- 4 - Slowly bend your neck sideways against the resistance, moving your ear toward your shoulder in a controlled motion.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the end range without shrugging or rotating your head.
- 6 - Return to the starting position under control and repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching sides.
- 7 - Use light resistance and avoid jerky movements, especially if training for rehabilitation or neck strengthening.
