Neck Extension
1 - Sit or stand tall with your spine neutral, shoulders relaxed, and eyes looking straight ahead.
2 - Gently tuck your chin slightly to keep the movement controlled and avoid excessive arching.
3 - Slowly move your head backward by extending your neck, looking upward only as far as comfortable.
4 - Pause briefly at the top without forcing the range of motion or compressing the back of the neck.
5 - Return your head to the neutral starting position in a slow, controlled manner.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, keeping the movement smooth and pain-free.
