Levator Scapulae Stretch
- 1 - Sit or stand tall with your shoulders relaxed and your spine neutral.
- 2 - Turn your head about 45 degrees to one side, as if looking toward your armpit.
- 3 - Gently tuck your chin downward toward that armpit until you feel a stretch along the back and side of your neck.
- 4 - Use the hand on the same side to lightly guide your head deeper into the stretch without pulling forcefully.
- 5 - Keep the opposite shoulder relaxed and slightly down to increase the stretch through the levator scapulae.
- 6 - Hold for the desired duration while breathing slowly, then release gently and repeat on the other side.
