- 3 - Hold this position, feeling a gentle stretch along the back of your neck and upper trapezius.
- 4 - Breathe deeply and relax into the stretch, avoiding any jerking or bouncing movements.
- 5 - Hold for 20-30 seconds, then slowly return your head to the neutral upright position.
- 6 - Repeat 2-3 times as needed, ensuring the movement is smooth and controlled throughout.
