Shoulder Rolls
1 - Stand or sit upright with your arms relaxed at your sides and your feet shoulder-width apart.
2 - Begin by slowly lifting both shoulders up toward your ears as high as possible.
3 - Roll your shoulders backward in a smooth circular motion, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top.
4 - Continue the circular motion by bringing your shoulders down and then forward to complete one full rotation.
5 - Perform the desired number of repetitions rolling backward, then reverse the direction and roll forward for the same number of repetitions.
