Medicine Ball Chest Push
1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball at chest level with both hands.
2 - Engage your core and maintain a slight bend in your knees for a stable base.
3 - Pull the medicine ball slightly back toward your chest to load the movement.
4 - Explosively push the medicine ball straight out from your chest, extending your arms fully and releasing the ball toward a wall or partner.
5 - Follow through with the push, allowing your body to lean slightly forward as the ball is released.
6 - Catch the returning ball (or retrieve it) and bring it back to chest level in a controlled manner.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining explosive power and consistent form.
