Ring Push-Up
1 - Set the rings at a low height and position them slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
2 - Grip the rings with your palms facing inward and step your feet back into a straight plank position.
3 - Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
4 - Lower your chest between the rings by bending your elbows, keeping the rings controlled and close to your body.
5 - Descend until your chest is near ring level or as low as your shoulder mobility allows.
6 - Press through the rings to straighten your arms and return to the starting position without letting your hips sag.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining ring stability throughout.
