Typewriter Pull-Up
1 - Grip a pull-up bar with a wide overhand grip, hands wider than shoulder-width, and hang with your arms fully extended.
2 - Brace your core, keep your legs controlled, and pull your shoulder blades down and back before initiating the pull.
3 - Pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar or your upper chest is close to the bar.
4 - While staying near the top position, shift your body toward one hand, allowing the opposite arm to straighten slightly as you move laterally.
5 - Move smoothly across to the other side of the bar, keeping your chest high and maintaining tension through your back, arms, and core.
6 - Return to the center, then lower yourself under control to a full hang.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, alternating the side you move toward first if needed.
