Ring Bicep Curl
1 - Set the rings at about waist to chest height and grip one ring in each hand with your palms facing up.
2 - Walk your feet forward and lean back until your arms are fully extended and your body forms a straight line from head to heels.
3 - Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and keep your shoulders down and back throughout the movement.
4 - Keeping your elbows lifted and pointing forward, curl your hands toward your forehead by bending your elbows.
5 - Pause briefly at the top and squeeze your biceps without letting your hips sag or shoulders shrug.
6 - Lower yourself back to the starting position in a slow, controlled motion until your arms are straight.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, adjusting your foot position to increase or decrease difficulty.
