Kettlebell Goblet Squat To Curl
- 1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell by the horns at chest height with your elbows close to your torso.
- 2 - Brace your core, keep your chest tall, and begin lowering into a squat by pushing your hips back and bending your knees.
- 3 - Descend until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor, keeping your heels planted and knees tracking in line with your toes.
- 4 - At the bottom of the squat, keep your upper arms relatively steady and slowly lower the kettlebell toward the floor by extending your elbows.
- 5 - Curl the kettlebell back up toward your chest in a controlled motion while maintaining the squat position.
- 6 - Drive through your heels and midfoot to stand back up, keeping the kettlebell close to your chest.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining control and posture throughout.
