1 - Stand behind the atlas stone with your feet shoulder-width apart and the stone positioned between your legs close to your shins.
2 - Hinge at the hips and bend your knees, wrapping your arms around the stone with your hands cupped underneath it, pulling it tightly into your chest and lap.
3 - Begin the lift by driving through your legs, keeping the stone pressed against your body as you rise to a standing position in a controlled, powerful motion.
4 - As the stone clears your knees, transition your hips forward and extend your back to bring the stone up to your chest and abdomen level.
5 - Continue driving upward, extending your hips and back explosively to load the stone onto the platform, shelf, or over the bar at the target height.
6 - Ensure the stone is placed securely on the target surface before releasing your grip and stepping back.
7 - Reset to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
