Conan’s Wheel
- 1 - Load a yoke or implement with the desired weight and position the arm sleeve at approximately hip height.
- 2 - Stand at the end of the arm and grip it firmly with both hands, keeping it close to your body at hip level.
- 3 - Brace your core tightly, take a deep breath, and begin walking in a circular path around the pivot point of the apparatus.
- 4 - Drive through your legs with powerful strides, leaning slightly inward toward the pivot to maintain balance and momentum.
- 5 - Keep your chest up, back straight, and hips engaged throughout the entire rotation to prevent dropping the implement.
- 6 - Continue walking the full required number of laps or distance around the wheel as fast as possible while maintaining control.
- 7 - To finish, set the implement down in a controlled manner by hinging at the hips and bending the knees.
